I have over 20 years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families in the counselling field. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel they can truly express themselves, work on setting goals, and developing skills/strategies to achieve those goals. I believe each client is unique and feel it is important to meet clients where they are at in their journey. I use various modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Informed Approach, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Client Centered Approach, and Play Therapy.
